Before you send it
Full management is a percentage of the monthly rent and tenant-find only is a one-off fee. The exact figure depends on the property and how many rooms are let, so we quote after the visit rather than guessing on a website.
No. Furnished lets faster and at a higher rent in Coventry, so we tell you what is worth adding and what is not — and we can arrange the furnishing if you would rather not deal with it.
Term-time rooms near the universities usually go inside two weeks. Whole properties and professional lets take a little longer. If yours is sitting empty, the visit will tell you why.
There is no tie-in for the first three months. After that either side can end the management agreement with one month's notice.
